Super Quick Cheesecake in a Jar – Healthy, No-Bake & Mom-Approved

I love desserts. Seriously. I’m kind of addicted.

But let’s be honest — store-bought sweets? Not really my thing. They all taste the same, way too sweet, and sometimes a bit... fake. And the “sugar-free” ones? Usually come with a weird aftertaste I don’t enjoy — and definitely don’t give to my kid.

So whenever I can, I make a quick and healthy dessert at home. One that doesn’t mess with my day (or my blood sugar), and that my picky little family actually enjoys.

This healthy no-bake cheesecake in a jar is one of our go-to treats — guilt-free, done in 10 minutes, and perfect to take to work, for a post-workout snack, or a busy weekday treat.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

Base:

  • About 5 oat biscuits (or any crushable cookie – even sugar-free granola works)
  • 10 g butter

Cream layer:

  • 50 g cream cheese
  • 80–100 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey or sweetener of your choice

Fruit topping:

  • Fresh or frozen fruit (raspberries, berries, peach, etc.)
  • Honey or sweetener to taste

How to Make This Healthy No-Bake Dessert

1. The base:

Crush the oat cookies in a food processor, mix with melted butter, and press into the bottom of two jars or small containers.

Shortcut tip: If you're in a hurry, use granola — just scoop it into the jar and move on!

2. The cream:

Blend cream cheese with Greek yogurt, sweeten to taste with honey or a natural sweetener. This creamy, high-protein layer goes right on top of the cookie base.

3. The fruit:

If you're using fresh fruit, wash and dice it first. If it's frozen, toss it straight into a saucepan. Cook it for a few minutes until it turns jammy. Sweeten as needed.
You can layer it like this: cream, fruit, more cream, then finish with fruit on top. It’s pretty and tasty too!

4. Chill:

Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, but overnight is even better if you have the patience.
